This improvisation was recorded in our small, second bedroom. The room was cleared out for repairing and painting this week. We are moving off the island; we are leaving this beautiful place. My improvisation today documents the hollow vastness of this room without our wordily possessions to absorb the sound. This recording captures the room as close to it’s unadorned state as possible, but also captures the decay of our existence within it.
