Notes:

During this improvisation I shoved a cloth bag into the bottom of my bell, inserted a harmon mute into the top of the bell and placed more cloth inside the harmon mute. This produced a very stuffy sound which stifled the air flow of the lower register bell keys, and although I blew with a large amount of air the sound was at a whisper soft dynamic level. I used the traditional Low Bb fingering and fluttered open and closed the Bb key while exploring sound colors in my embouchure. 

I recorded this improvisation at a very quiet dynamic level. I turned the gain up very high in post production to capture the full-spectrum of the sound profile, which was clearly audible to me in the room but was otherwise not captured fully on the unedited sound file.
